RETURN POLICY 


 RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@gemgeorges.com or fill out a
contact form located at
https://gemgeorges.com/contact/ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the address located on your original package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You will be reimbursed in the form of payment you used for your order. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please allow us at least 14 days to process returns from the receipt of your item(s).

ITEM EXCEPTIONS

Items and products that are defect or have been damaged in your care cannot be returned or exchanged. All items purchased on sale are final sale and thus cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased using a coupon or discount code will be refunded for the exact amount purchased, with tax and coupon codes included.

For defective or damaged products that you received from us, please email us immediately at info@gemgeorges.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
